| Our
Philosophy
ARCM
was developed in response to a growing need for experienced
and knowledgeable personnel to help address the care planning
needs of elderly individuals and their families. The professionals
at Aging Resources and Care Management at the University
of Florida are committed to the direct delivery of all-inclusive
services tailored to meet the needs of individuals, their
families, and their caregivers. We respect cultural and
socioeconomic diversity and develop customized care plans
based upon the needs of the individual and his or her support
network. Our work is founded upon a philosophy of empathy,
commitment, and total positive regard toward the older adult.
